At CyberSource, Jay has worked with merchants and strategic partners to provide unique payment experiences across the following payment channels: online, POS, call center, IVR, ERP, and automated subscription billing models. Jay holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
