Join Aspect Master Reseller, Waterfield Technologies and Cybersecurity experts at Visa to learn about best practices for deploying a secure payment environment within your Contact Center and to understand the various pros / cons of different market solutions.
This webinar will specifically help you:
- Learn best practices and options for creating PCI-compliant agent assisted and self-service payment strategies
- Mitigate exposure to PCI compliance issues due to manual handling of credit card payments
- Discover methods for simplifying compliance to protect your cardholder data
- Understand how Visa has partnered with Waterfield and Aspect to utilize Cloud technology to solve common PCI obstacles
All attendees will be eligible to receive a free PCI Contact Center consultation to review and discuss possible areas of PCI exposure. This consult will uniquely review industry specific areas of concern and provide a high level remediation strategy uniquely tailored to your business.
