As Waterfield Technologies’ Vice President of Solutions Consulting, Howard Leary drives delivery of sales and quoting documentation- leading our efforts to standardize processes for quoting and statement of work generation to ensure complete, consistent, and higher velocity delivery.

Howard provides technical oversight, coaching, and mentoring, as well as direct contribution to sales support in addition to negotiating key reseller agreements with companies offering software and service solutions that complement the Waterfield solution portfolio.

Prior to joining Waterfield in 2014, Howard held progressively responsible positions in the contact center industry within Marriott and is the lead inventor for US Patent 8712032 (issued April 29, 2014), for “Using location-based services for determining a calling window.”

Howard graduated with a B.S. in Business Management with honors convocation from the University of South Florida, in Tampa.
