Solutions Consultant

Waterfield Technologies is looking for a Solutions Consultant.

As a leading technology integrator, Waterfield Technologies is passionate about helping our clients transform their legacy contact center technologies into modern digital powerhouses. We operate at the intersection of customer experience and AI – delivering mission-critical IVR applications on key industry manufacturers including Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys to conversational Intelligent Virtual Agents aimed at automating phone calls and chats using the same technology that powers IBM Watson and Amazon Alexa.

The Solutions Consultant role bridges sales, technology, and customer requirements covering both pre-sales and post-sales activity. This individual should be able to lead a solution call and is used to pricing out new solutions from scratch.

Responsibilities

This individual should be able to lead a solution call and is used to pricing out new solutions from scratch (estimating level of effort for a project). The range of potential solution disciples should range from:

    • Interactive Voice Response
    • Chatbots / Virtual Assistants (AI work like IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, and Amazon Lex/Polly)
    • Cloud Contact Center as a Services (CCaaS)
    • APIs/web services (agent desktop APIs/SDKs, recording, backend, and CRM integrations, SOAP/REST)
    • Telephony background (including SIP) and networking (VPN, MPLS)

Qualifications

    • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
    • Experience working independently without daily supervision
    • Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
    • Creative and visionary problem solving
    • Project management experience is a plus
    • Training experience is a plus
    • SQL knowledge is a plus
