Solutions Architect Engineer

Overview

Waterfield Technologies is looking for a Solutions Architect Engineer.

As a leading technology integrator, Waterfield Technologies is passionate about helping our clients transform their legacy contact center technologies into modern digital powerhouses. We operate at the intersection of customer experience and AI – delivering mission-critical IVR applications on key industry manufacturers including Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys to conversational Intelligent Virtual Agents aimed at automating phone calls and chats using the same technology that powers IBM Watson and Amazon Alexa.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate/align with other technical teams
    • Should be able to bring technical and business minds together
    • Create and maintain technical design/documentation skills
    • Document solutions at the broader architecture level, as well as in the weeds

Qualifications

    • Experience in Healthcare vertical (nice to have)
    • Experience with Agile methodology (nice to have)
    • Experience in the Call Center, preferably in the IVR space
    • Experience with Genesys platform – Pure Engage, Genesys Composer, Genesys GRAT/GRE (nice to have)
    • Experience with tools – Splunk, SoapUI (or comparable equivalent)
    • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, including middleware concepts
    • Experience coding – Java, JavaScript (nice to have)
    • Effective technical communicator; Great communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate/align with other technical teams
    • Ability to bring technical and business minds together
    • Technical design/documentation skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • Experience with Microsoft suite of products (Visio, Word, Excel)
    • Ability to document solutions at the broader architecture level, as well as in the weeds
