Avaya BRE Engineer

Overview

Waterfield Technologies is looking for an Avaya BRE Engineer.

A leading technology integrator that helps their customers transform their legacy contact center technologies into modern digital powerhouses. We operate at the intersection of customer experience and AI – delivering mission-critical IVR applications on key industry manufacturers including Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys to conversational Intelligent Virtual Agents aimed at automating phone calls and chats using the same technology that powers IBM Watson and Amazon Alexa.

Responsibilities

    • We are looking for an Avaya-centric engineer specifically to implement, support, and provide Consulting on the Avaya Business Rules Engine product.
    • Implement, support, and provide Consulting on the Avaya Business Rules Engine product. Will contribute to the implementation and support of other Avaya related products.

Qualifications

    • Training on and of the following products is nice to have but not required: Avaya Experience Portal, Avaya Breeze, Avaya Oceana, Avaya Aura Contact Center, Avaya Workspaces, Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Session Border Controller, Avaya System Manager.
    • Avaya Business Rule Engine knowledge is required. Experience with/understanding of how the following acts together would be nice: Avaya Experience Portal, Avaya Breeze, Avaya Oceana, Avaya Aura Contact Center, Avaya Workspaces, Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Session Border Controller, Avaya System Manager.
