In this role, Jay is responsible for working with ecommerce merchants to help them facilitate online payments throughout the world, streamline their fraud management strategies, reduce their PCI scope, and simplify their payment security processes. At CyberSource, Jay has worked with merchants and strategic partners to provide unique payment experiences across the following payment channels: online, POS, call center, IVR, ERP, and automated subscription billing models. Jay holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
